   Linux Error: 111: Connection refused

1) Remove unrequired/not configured line from listener.ora in the above error following is the line (/home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/listener.ora)

(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=EXTPROC1521)))

2) run below command to reload listener.ora 

lsnrctl reload

3)run below command to start listener

lsnrctl start

4) check listener status using 

 lsnrctl status
